Well hello kids and parents. It's me, Scott Bright, the creator
of a web site for kids called, "RaceToSaveTheRaces." The word
is spreading about this site. And I have you to thank! I sure ap-
preciate the kids that share it with other kids. One of my intents
of the site is to make a difference by raising the awareness with
kids, and everyone else that loves endangered species.
I want to reach the kids around the world that speak other languages.
I hope someone knows how to translate blogs into the way others
speak. Why? Because it's the kids that are going to inherit
this amazing Blue Planet. I also have hand picked some green
theme items on my site for sale.

The site has petitions so kids, and everyone else can write a deci-
sion maker who has a particular species fate in their hands. Man,
the species need it. According to the I.U.C.N That stands for the
International Union for the Conservation of Nature. Anyway,
according to this organization, 16,928 species are endangered at
this time! That's just too many! Because of man stepping in, some
are doing better, thank goodness. Someone had to do something,
that's why I created the site.

So to switch gears, I wanted to show you and your kids about
a series that's five years in the making! Isn't that amazing that
the producers could be that patient to produce such a series?
It's called, none other, than "The Blue Planet. In my humble
opinion, this truly is the best of Discovery, and what they have
to offer! I've seen some of this series on TV. Have you seen it?

It's the one where oceanographers go in search of fish species deep,
deep, under t
he ocean! Show your kids this please. One such fish,
accurately named, "the Warty Angler
Glowfish." What they encountered was a pretty
large fish that has their very own glow in the
dark fishing lewer! That's right. It's the built
in model. They come standard on all models
one mile down! How do they glow like that?
It's called, "bioluminescence." You can look it
up and read if you like.

It took a ton of years of evolution to come up
with this design! They wave this thing out in front of them, and sure
enough, other fish swim up to see what it is.
By then, it's to late, they have become a delightful snack. A lot of fish
in the ocean glow in the dark, that is the ones where man goes to visit
in small mini-subs, able to withstand enormous water pressure! It's part
of the series.

Learn, learn, and learn about sharks kids! What an amazing
species of the ocean! And gosh, we need everyone of the fins
attached and do what sharks do,"eat!" Parents, just get the DVD's
that are sharing the value of sharks. Shark Water would be a good
one! Also," American Shark, DVD is another good choice."
At the Discovery Store, just go to the top where it says, "choose by
subject, then scroll till you get to animals. There are so many wonder-
ful DVD's about animals! Your kids will love them! Kindly check out
this site for kids and all about endangered species.
